Vice President, Richmond Office
If I could give advice to a new manager, it would be to emulate others who are successful and build relationships with your clients. If you promise a client you are going to do something, make sure you do it.
Mr. Wade has a vast array of experience gained from 34 years in the construction arena. Beginning as a summer laborer on roadway projects, he spent ten years in the field, training and working as a foreman, superintendent, and project engineer. Don reached a position of management quickly and broadened his experience to include commercial, industrial and tunneling work with a heavy focus on water and wastewater treatment facilities. Don oversees all of the work managed from MEB’s Richmond Office.
