A great leader knows how to mentor, delegate, and bring many personalities together into a team to solve problems. I'm very proud of the growth of our equipment division over the years!
William “Ricky” Blowe joined the MEB team in 1985 after graduating from North Carolina at Chapel Hill. When Ricky first joined MEB he wore many hats including estimating, project manager, and equipment purchasing. Now as Vice President, he manages MEB’s Equipment Division, including heavy equipment, company vehicle fleet, our full-service mechanical shop, and small tools department. As well as, purchasing all heavy equipment, cranes, road trucks & pickup trucks.
William is a member of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia as well as a certified Design-Build Professional (DBIA).
