MEB is proud to announce the promotion of Gary Worley to Project Executive.
Since joining MEB in 2020, Gary has been a key leader in delivering some of the company’s most technically demanding heavy civil projects for the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY). Gary has overseen the planning and delivery of large-scale, technically demanding projects such as P678 Dry Dock 8 Saltwater System for CVN-78 and P653 Dry Dock Flood Protection Improvements. His leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to collaboration have earned the trust of both his team and clients.

“Gary has taken on some of MEB’s most difficult projects in the shipyard and has built a team that works with the owner to find solutions to all problems,” said David Ervin, President. “He excels at planning and executing the work and maintaining the schedule. Gary is on track to complete two projects ahead of schedule.”
Tim Griffin, Vice President, Civil & Environmental, shared, “When Gary started at MEB, he immediately took on the challenge of managing projects at NNSY. Through consistent execution and delivery, Gary has proven himself to be a leader of high-performing projects and built tremendous trust with his team, our leadership, and project owners. As he prepares to deliver MEB’s largest project to date well ahead of the required completion date, there is no doubt that Gary is ready to assume the role of Project Executive.”
