Combined Shape

safety matters

At MEB, safety is more than a policy—it is a core value that shapes how we work every day. Building a strong safety culture takes more than procedures; it requires consistent leadership and a clear, company-wide commitment that begins at the top.

That commitment has been part of MEB from the beginning and continues to influence every project we undertake. Because of this, we are recognized across the construction industry for our dedication to protecting employees, subcontractors, and partners. Safety is a shared responsibility. Every individual on every site plays a vital role in maintaining a safe work environment and supporting a culture where safety truly matters.

What Our Clients Are Saying...

As a school in session for the most of the construction timeline, we had an elevated interest in safety. MEB satisfied each and every request. They offered additional thoughts and suggestions for safety. We were building a large, two-story building that was connected to current facilities that were in operation. Again, MEB managed these challenges with efficiency, care, and clear communication.

Christopher Garran, PH.D  //  Cape Henry Collegiate, Head of School/President

MEB's project team is a role model for how to manage a construction project at an operating wastewater treatment facility. Their work was completed with a high level of workmanship and in a safe manner while fulfilling the contract schedule.

Sharon Foley, P.E.  //  Harrisonburg-Rockingham Regional Sewer Authority (HRRSA), Executive Director

At MEB, we take safety seriously, and the Start Safe – Stay Safe program is a testament to our commitment to ensuring a safe work environment.
