Project Details
Design-Build project consisted of the construction of a 12,000 SF Research & Development facility for Smithfield Foods. The project included the demolition of the existing cooler and freezer, new masonry portico, and metal stud/drywall partitions. The new facility includes offices space, instructional classrooms, a test kitchen, showroom and lobby. This project was completed on-time within the 5-month compressed schedule.
