Portsmouth Christian Schools
Portsmouth Christian Schools, a staple in the Portsmouth community for decades had exceeded building space for their staff, teachers and students. The school had grown enrollment to a point where trailers and houses were being used as classrooms. This expansion provided new classrooms and a media space that transformed their school's flow, safety and overall educational experience.

Project Details
Design and construction of a 10,000 SF Academic Building Addition. Addition included of six classrooms, a library, a new media center, new bathrooms and life safety improvements. The building construction included conventional steel and light gauge framing, with an EFIS exterior skin. The exterior improvements included site utility relocation, a new BMP structure, landscaping and exterior lighting. The project was a major success, including being constructed during the school year, with minimal disruptions and was completed prior to the new school year.
