Meet Jen Hadac, MEB’s Talent Engagement Manager! Jen became part of the MEB family in June of 2022, bringing with her a unique blend of experience and a passion for recruiting. She is a Navy Veteran and has been in talent acquisition for over 15 years. 

In the last year alone, she has helped fill over 90 open positions, from laborers to project managers. Beyond her contributions to expanding our workforce to meet growing demands, Jen played a pivotal role in a companywide training initiative aimed at empowering employees to achieve their professional goals. In 2023, MEB employees were able to access a wide array of training opportunities, benefiting from over 9,000 hours of training, ranging from corporate lunch and learns to leadership development sessions.
