We’re excited to announce the promotion of Jarod Toler and Blake Kattan to Senior Project Engineer!

Jarod began as an intern in 2019 and then joined the team full-time in 2020. He quickly became an integral part of the Nansemond ANRI Team. He continues to build relationships within the industry and advance his knowledge through different programs and scenarios, which has made him a key component to MEB’s success. As a Senior PE, his calm and collected demeanor is a huge asset; he stays focused no matter the challenge. Jarod is always willing to lend a helping hand, no matter how busy he is.

Since joining the MEB team in 2022, Blake has done well focusing on the critical items that arise and taking the initiative to get the job done no matter the challenge. He always tries to find a solution that benefits the overall project team. Blake is our social butterfly. As a Senior PE, he communicates well with the job team to keep us all informed of what activities are happening around the job site, as well as build relationships with owners and engineers.
