Morgan Oyler Promoted to Senior Project Engineer

Please join us in congratulating Morgan Oyler, Associate DBIA on her recent promotion to Senior Project Engineer!

Morgan’s journey at MEB began as an Intern at USACE Fort Eustis Battalion Complex – Phase 1 Ft. Eustis in 2020, where she quickly proved her dedication and potential. After graduating from Virginia Tech, she joined MEB full-time as a Project Engineer and has since grown into a key team member, taking on increasingly complex responsibilities and demonstrating exceptional leadership potential. Today, she is championing several of the most critical trades on the large and complex $170M Boat Harbor Treatment Plant Pump Station Conversion project, showcasing her remarkable progress. Her commitment to continuous improvement and proactive approach to challenges have made her an invaluable asset to MEB’s teams.

Morgan said being on the Boat Harbor project has been the most rewarding part of her career so far. Having the opportunity to be part of a team that has drive, passion, and a sense of true teamwork has been incredibly rewarding. That not only goes for our internal staff, but our industry partners as well,” she said.

Matt Donhauser, Senior Project Manager, has had the opportunity to work with Morgan from being an intern through now a Senior Project Engineer. He said “From day one, she has been a strong communicator, seamlessly integrating into our dynamic teams. Morgan’s dedication, work ethic, and positive attitude have set her apart. She leads by example, consistently delivering high-quality work while fostering a supportive and team-oriented environment. No matter the scope of the project, Morgan’s drive to expand her knowledge and gain experience is unmatched. We are excited to see her continue making a meaningful impact at MEB in her new role as Senior Project Engineer. Congratulations, Morgan!”
