Justin joined MEB nearly six years ago as a Project Manager, and brings 16 years of industry experience. Since then, he has shown impressive initiative and a clear commitment to growth, stepping into new responsibilities with confidence.
Throughout his time at MEB, Justin has contributed to a number of significant projects, including his most recent work on the HRSD Nansemond Treatment Plant Struvite Recovery Facility Improvements & Digester Upgrades, which he considers his proudest achievement to date. Reflecting on that project, Justin shared, “Collaboration with HRSD, Hazen, and HDR has stretched us in the best way: we tackle complex constraints, meet evolving client needs, and recently celebrated the successful rehabilitation of Digester #1 and the dismantling of the temporary process systems we’d designed and installed more than a year ago. I look forward to future milestones on this project.”
