This advancement reflects Caleb’s steady growth, technical capability, and meaningful contributions to MEB’s Architectural Division. The Greater Williamsburg Sports and Events Center stands out as the most rewarding project of Caleb’s career to date. Reflecting on the experience, Caleb shared, “I am very proud of the success of my first project at MEB. It is awesome to see the team’s hard work payoff in a tangible way.”
Throughout the Greater Williamsburg Sports and Events Center project, Caleb has taken on increasing responsibility and continues to strengthen the technical skillset required to support the work. Fred Lemon, Project Superintendent, shares, “Caleb has grown exponentially in his knowledge of building construction since the beginning of the Williamsburg Sports and Events Center. He is an invaluable team member and greatly contributes to the project’s success.”

Under the mentorship of Senior Project Manager Mike Stark, Caleb gains experience in the project management side of construction, including design, buyout, negotiation, billing, and tracking. He has also developed disciplined documentation practices for RFIs, submittals, equipment logs, and outstanding item lists, contributing to a well-organized and profitable project.
Caleb was recently awarded the company’s Rising Star Award at the annual company meeting. This award recognizes individuals who have been with MEB for 2 years or less and are making a significant impact and showing growth within their role.
Fred further emphasized Caleb’s ability to quickly absorb, process, and apply complex information, noting that there is little he does not excel at, and stating, “Caleb has demonstrated the technical depth and critical thinking required to excel as a Senior Project Engineer.”
As MEB’s Architectural Division continues to grow, Caleb’s analytical strength, work ethic, and commitment to excellence position him to take on greater responsibility and continue delivering high-quality results for our clients.
