MEB prioritizes top-tier project scheduling, recognizing its pivotal role as the backbone of the project.

All of our project schedules are developed and maintained in-house. Our Project Engineers and Project Managers receive training under the guidance of MEB’s Senior Scheduler, Rob Underhill, in both group and one-on-one settings.

The training includes schedule theory, baseline development, updating, time impact analysis of delays, and schedule presentation. Our in-house training, practices, techniques, and presentation allow our teams to develop and maintain accurate project schedules that are used to manage the project and communicate to all project stakeholders.
