JD joined MEB in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience from a career that has taken him around the world. After retiring from the U.S. Navy EOD, he transitioned his training and leadership into the field of safety, serving as a Site Safety and Health Officer on the island of Guam. There, he supported the U.S. military buildup and worked on projects that advanced critical government missions.
Since joining MEB, JD has continued to demonstrate his dedication to safety and professional growth. The SMP designation is a reflection of his expertise, commitment, and drive to strengthen both himself and MEB’s Safety Department.
