Since joining the MEB team in 2022, Jen has made a true impact on MEB’s growth and workforce stability. She has recruited over 200 team members and played a key role in helping employees grow and advance in their careers.
Jen is a veteran of the the United States Navy. After her time in the military she worked as a recruiter helping place veterans and military spouses into meaningful work. Although new to the construction industry when she started with MEB, she made it her mission to understand the industry, roles of all of our employees from laborers to executives, and how we operate from a cultural and technical standpoint. This has allowed Jen to not only fill open positions but truly find the right people for the job.

Reflecting on her time here Jen said, “I am most proud of supporting the growth of the company through both recruiting and by helping strengthen and introduce programs that benefit our people. None of this happens in isolation. It has taken teamwork, support from leadership, and the willingness of employees across the company to share ideas and embrace change. What makes me proud is not only the progress we have made but also the spirit of collaboration that made it possible. I love that MEB is a company that is open to improving and always focused on doing what is best for its employees.”
Outside of conducting interviews and representing the company at career fairs, Jen goes above and beyond to contribute to MEB’s overall success. She has streamlined our onboarding process, built up our internship program, and is always an advocate for internal initiatives. She is dedicated to giving back through our community service program, frequently volunteering both through MEB and on her own.
