Being only one of three construction companies in the state to receive the Level 3 recognition is a reflection of each and every MEB team member. From planning tasks carefully to speaking up about hazards and looking out for one another, our teams consistently take the actions that keep our most important assets “our people” safe.
BEST Level 3 recognition confirms our safety and health program goes above and beyond compliance—it is built on strong leadership, active employee involvement, and a shared belief that everyone deserves to go home safely at the end of the day.
The application process allowed us to have our safety and health management system evaluated by industry leaders on the effectiveness, sustainability, and ensure it is fully integrated into how our teams plan and perform work on a daily basis. Achieving Level 3 demonstrates our commitment to raising the standard for safety performance and serving as a model for construction employers who prioritize employees first.
