We are excited to announce our next project with South Central Wastewater Authority!
MEB has been named contractor for the $10M Nutrient Reduction Phase 1 Sludge Conditioning Improvements Project project located in Petersburg, Virginia. This project will improve overall water quality by minimizing the impact of excess nutrients and will contribute to the health of the surrounding community.
Scope includes the demolition and replacement of two Belt Filter Presses and associated piping, as well as the demolition and installation of two Gravity Belt Thickeners and associated piping. Additionally, the project involves the installation of Lime Stabilization Equipment and its associated piping, electrical demolition, and the installation of new electrical gear and SCADA Upgrades. Sludge Building Improvements, HVAC, and a new laboratory, operator room, and locker room are also included.
The MEB project team includes Sr. Project Manager John Thornton, Project Manager Braden Johnson, Superintendent Billy Callaway, and Administrative Assistant Mellissa Triplett.
