He said one of his proudest moments was when MEB was selected for the Norfolk Rec Center and Library. “The entire team put together a great proposal, budget, and design and we look forward to providing the city with an exceptional product that the community will enjoy for years to come,” Nate said.

Wesley Bynum, Vice President of Estimating, has watched Nate grow over the last four years. He said, “Honestly, I believe Nate excels at everything he is involved in, including the AGC Young Leaders [where he serves as Young Leaders Chair this year], MEB functions/events, and his family.” Wesley added his ability to be a team player and work with all members of the project team—including owners/operators, design firms, specialty consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams—to deliver the best-value product for the owners is key to his success as a Preconstruction Manager..
“MEB is special because it provides a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and inclusivity. They practice our core values and actively contribute to our communities where we live and work.” // Nate Tipora
