Project Details
Brittingham-Midtown Community Center is a multipurpose center with 80,415 square feet of recreation space. The facility includes a 500-seat indoor aquatic center with a Olympic size, 50-meter indoor pool, ten competitive scored and timed lanes, a three-meter diving board, two one-meter diving boards, and a 14-foot diving well. The facility also includes a 200-seat tournament-quality gymnasium with a full basketball court with volleyball capabilities, an indoor walking/jogging track, and stage. The center also includes seven multipurpose rooms, a 100-person meeting room, two full-scale demonstration kitchens, mirrored dance rooms, two mini stages, instructional computer labs, and a 14,000 square-foot covered outdoor area for basketball and special events. Amenities at the Brittingham-midtown community center include a retractable roof for natural lighting and ventilation, Colorado Timing System, and movable bulkhead for sectioning a variety of activities.
