Project Details
The Cape Henry Collegiate Center for Innovation and Performing Arts is a two-story performing arts venue and classroom building with approximately 49,000 SF of usable space. The CIPA was constructed where the Perry Auditorium once stood, with the intent to integrate the resources of several disciplines in collaborative study. The project includes a 465-seat theater, 1,659 SF fabrication lab, and nearly 4,000 SF sprung wood floors for the stage and dance studio.
