MEB developed, design and constructed Carter's Business Center Drive complex in the Cavalier Industrial Park in Chesapeake, VA. This four building complex includes an equipment maintenance shop, a generator assemble facility and their rental store.

Project Details
Design-Build development of five structures on a nine acre parcel. Construction of a forklift maintenance shop, parts building/warehouse, truck shop, marine dyno building, and a wash building. Project consisted of over 50,000 sq. ft. of building footprint. Work included on- and off-site utilities, extensive earthwork, concrete and asphalt paving, building concrete, and extensive mechanical and electrical systems. A combination of CECO pre-engineered metal buildings and conventional building structures was utilized in this development.
