nansemond treatment plant digester and struvite upgrades

The project includes the construction of six new structures, modifications to five additional structures, and installation/modifications to existing plant processes, piping, and equipment. New structures include a pre-dewatering building, boiler facility, centrate tank, Struvite Recovery Facility Basin, SRF product storage, and waste gas burner facilities. Modifications to existing systems include the Digester Systems, Struvite Recovery Facility, Screens Building, Solids Handling Dewatering Building, Wasstrip Tanks, and Grit Tanks.
