This project included a full-campus upgrade to an aging and congested manufacturing plant. MEB provided pre-construction services and led the design-build team in finding the best solution to accommodate future growth and manufacturing efficiencies, while maintaining operations throughout the project.

Project Details
Phase 1 included the design and construction of a new 60,000 SF, three-story, award-winning office building, as well as complete civil engineering and site work, new parking, storm water infrastructure, and utility relocation. The new office building was completed in April 2022 and employees have successfully moved into the new office space.
