Project Details
The full service kitchen supports a casual bar and grill as well as an elegant dining room which is frequently rented for private parties and events. Other amenities include men and women’s locker rooms, a fully stocked Pro Shop and a reinforced concrete basement for cart storage and maintenance. Fast track construction techniques enabled MEB to complete the project in six months, half the time of the originally proposed schedule. The structure consists of concrete foundation walls and a precast concrete main floor, structural steel framing with a brick exterior, custom cornices, synthetic slate roofing and an iconic decorative cupola. The elegant interior includes extensive Cherry hardwood wall paneling and doors, custom stonework fireplaces, brick pavers and domed/vaulted ceilings.
