Project Executive
Gary brings nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry, including roles as Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Senior Estimator, Design-Build Coordinator, and Design-Build Manager. With a strong focus on design-build projects, he has developed extensive expertise in constructability and project execution across all facets of heavy construction. Gary’s technical knowledge, leadership, and collaborative approach make him a trusted resource within MEB and a key contributor to the continued success of our design-build program. He has led some of MEB's most complex work at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
