Vice President, Civil & Environmental
MEB is a family. It’s that simple. We enjoy the work we do and the people we do it with. That leads to a team of people who are immensely proud of the work we do, support each other, and aim to complete projects that improve the world we live in.
Tim joined the MEB team in 2004 after graduating from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is the Vice President of Environmental/Civil sectors, overseeing personnel and helping manage jobs. He is involved in all aspects of growing and leading MEB. During his time here, he has worked on a wide variety of projects from zoos and office buildings to highly secured satellite facilities, and has led some of MEB’s most complex heavy civil projects.
Tim has served as Project Manager for some of our most intricate projects, notably the NOAA Upgrades at Wallops Island and the $122M VIP Nutrient Reduction Upgrades for HRSD. Most recently, as Project Executive, he led his team to complete two major upgrades in the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
Tim is active throughout the construction industry. He is currently the AGC Tidewater District President and is actively involved in DBIA and other industry organizations.
