Please join us in congratulating Andrea Wilson who has been promoted to Marketing Manager, Peyton van Reesema to Communications Manager, and Ruby Powers to Communications Specialist!
Andrea has helped shape MEB’s pursuit and proposal efforts for nearly five years, drawing on 18 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. She brings together project teams and partners to develop strategies and proposals showing how MEB will meet each client’s needs. As Marketing Manager, Andrea will continue guiding this work while developing the proposal team and strengthening MEB’s approach to future pursuits.

Since joining MEB in fall 2021, Peyton has helped shape how we share our work and recognize the people behind it. From project stories and brand materials to internal communications and the employee ownership rollout, she has focused on making MEB’s messages clear and meaningful for the people reading them. As Communications Manager, Peyton will lead the team’s internal and external communications efforts and help develop new ways to tell MEB’s story.

Ruby joined MEB after graduating from James Madison University and has become an important part of how we capture and share life at MEB. Her work spans social media, brand materials, photography, and video. As Communications Specialist, Ruby will continue building those efforts, with a focus on growing MEB’s in-house photography and videography capabilities.
“It’s truly amazing how much I’ve learned in my time at MEB already.
