Delivery of two new Aeration Tanks, modifications to the two existing Aeration Tanks, modifications to the existing Anaerobic-Anoxic-Aeration (AAA) tanks and air header, demolition and replacement of three secondary clarifier mechanisms, modifications to the existing preliminary treatment facilities to include side stream treatment of centrate, a new supplementary carbon feed system, and storage tanks, CRCY pump station modifications including a new metal salts pump, CRCY-NRCY pump station modifications including a new NRCY pump, Blower building modifications including two new blowers, new diesel generator, and associated switch gear equipment, and all structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work required for the new and upgraded facilities. New piping systems were installed that ranged in size from 1/2” to 60” in diameter.
