We’re excited to announce Michael Stark’s promotion to Senior Project Manager and Mike Rockwell’s promotion to Project Manager!
Michael Stark, Senior Project Manager

Michael joined the MEB team in 2022 after 10+ years of experience in the construction industry. He is currently leading the team on the Williamsburg Sports and Events Center. He said of his time here, he is most proud of bringing that project from conception to reality, “This was a monumental task for well over 50+ team members from the Client, the Design Team, MEB, and our Subcontractor partners all working in collaboration and unison towards one goal”.
Michael thinks MEB is special because it lives up to one of its core value of Family By choice. He said, “MEB truly lives by these words: We support one another and care about each other both professionally and personally.”

Mike Rockwell, Project Manager
Mike has been with MEB since 2016 and has worked on some of our most notable architectural projects. He says his favorite project has been the Virginia Beach Sports Center. “The project had everything from a challenging design to hanging athletic equipment, an operable track system, and a full kitchen. It was very satisfying to see how happy and impressed the owner and operator were when we finished it. We had a great project team on that one, and it was a very enjoyable experience,” Mike said.

As for his future with MEB, Mike talked about looking forward to future growth and seeing how we expand. He said, “We have been awarded so many new and interesting projects recently. It’s always cool to see what project I will work on next. MEB has such diverse projects that you never really know what you’re going to get, which makes it exciting.”
