Steven joined MEB in 2024 as a Foreman, assisting in leading a crew alongside a superintendent. Over the past year, he has consistently stepped up, taking on additional responsibilities with outstanding results. His leadership and dedication have allowed him to grow into managing the entire crew and overseeing all aspects of field operations. He progressed to Assistant Superintendent, and now, we are proud to recognize his advancement to Superintendent.
