J.D. brings a wealth of experience from his military career in special operations and over 20 years of federal project work in Guam. His diverse background has equipped him with exceptional knowledge and skills in safety management.

With his personable demeanor and unwavering commitment to safety, he will continue to drive our projects forward, ensuring that MEB remains a leader in safety excellence. As a natural leader and mentor, his ability to strengthen team dynamics and support MEB safety professionals is invaluable.
