Josh Meadows Promoted to Superintendent!

We are excited to announce Josh Meadow’s well-deserved promotion to Superintendent.

Josh joined MEB as a foreman in 2020, supporting projects out of our Richmond location. Throughout his career, he has consistently expanded his technical knowledge, taken on greater responsibilities, and emerged as a strong leader within the organization. His continued growth and dedication earned him a promotion to assistant superintendent in 2023.

Looking ahead as a superintendent, Josh said he’s excited to build on the growth and trust he’s earned over his time here. He added, “I am excited to mentor others, help build strong teams, and contribute to projects that deliver value to our clients while maintaining a culture of safety and respect.”

Henrico Cobbs Creek Reservoir, Dam & Facilities Project

Josh has been a part of major projects like the Cobbs Creek Reservoir Dam and Facilities project, Fork Union Military Academy WWTP, and most recently at Buckingham Correctional Facility WWTP Replacement project. He shared the most rewarding projects for him are ones that require strong coordination, accountability, and teamwork to deliver results for our clients.

Project Manager Watkins Hunt, who has worked with Josh many times over the years, shared, “Josh takes full ownership of his projects and excels in field operations oversight. He places a strong emphasis on site safety and is committed to developing the skills of his project team.”

Watkins noted that beyond Josh’s hard work in the field, he truly lives and breathes the MEB Core Values. His dedication to these values earned him the “MEB at the Core” award at the 2024 annual company-wide meeting—an honor based on peer nominations, underscoring Josh’s commitment to his colleagues and the company.

Reflecting on what makes MEB special, Josh shared, “MEB is special because we genuinely lives our core values. The focus on Clients First, Family by Choice, and Safety Matters is demonstrated daily through teamwork, leadership support, and how projects are executed in the field.”

We are excited to watch Josh continue to grow in this new role. Please join us in congratulating him!
