Mark Olmstead has been a leader at MEB for 39 years, joining the company a few years after he graduated from Virginia Tech. He has successfully managed many different projects throughout his career, including federal projects, commercial projects, and many of our largest design-build hospitality and entertainment projects. Mark is highly respected in the industry and is an active member of DBIA and AGC at the local and state levels. We are excited for him to continue to lead the company, providing oversight and guidance to MEB project teams, while working on initiatives that align with MEB’s corporate goals.

David Ervin joined the MEB team in 1993, after graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Building Construction. He has primarily focused on water/wastewater and industrial projects throughout his career and has led and managed pursuits on highly technical and complex projects. David has been extensively involved in project procurement at MEB, forging successful partnerships with other contractors, engineers, and owners. He has developed MEB’s heavy civil division for the last 25 years and will continue to provide guidance to our Environmental/Resiliency and W/WW sectors. David will also be focusing on MEB’s growth within the industry and leading our corporate endeavors.
