We are excited to announce the newest additions to our team, please join us in welcoming Jen Hadac, Talent & Small Business Engagement Manager, and Kristin DeVinney, Payroll & Benefits Administrator!
Jennifer Hadac // Talent & Small Business Engagement Manager
Jen recently started with MEB and hit the ground running, primarily focusing on recruiting top-tier talent to fill needs company-wide. Jen joined the military out of high school and served in the U.S. Navy for six years as an Aviation Warfare System Operator. Following her service, Jen shifted her focus to assisting her fellow veterans, transitioning service members, and their spouses in finding careers after the military.
At MEB, Jen will utilize her 15+ years of experience in recruiting to spearhead MEB’s talent acquisition, retainage, and employee development initiatives. She will also assist in soliciting and building relationships with Small, Women-owned, Minority-owned, Micro, Service Disabled, Veteran-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise-certified firms in support of our existing and future projects.
Kristin DeVinney // Benefits & Payroll Administrator
Kristin graduated from Virginia Tech in 2021 with a degree in Business and Public Relations. Prior to graduation, she started her career within the construction industry as an intern, then continued her career in HR & Office Management. Kristin said she is excited to contribute to the MEB team while having the opportunity to grow professionally!
As the Benefits & Payroll Administrator, Kristin will be dedicated to serving employees by managing their benefit needs and ensuring payroll accuracy.
