The overhaul of fueling facilities at Shaw Air Force Base was necessary to expand its capabilities and efficiencies for the future. Our team completed this project early and under budget. The fueling team completed this project with no interruption to the overall fueling operation during construction.

Project Details
Construction of a new fueling facility, including a new pump house, four new truck fill stands, 20 new truck parking positions, PRT, operations building with laboratory, parking lot for 63 POVs, and modification of three existing above-grade storage tanks. Modifying the existing tanks was completed in a phased sequence to ensure existing fueling operations were not interrupted. The existing operations building, fuel system and truck fill stands were demolished once the new system was fully operational.
