MEB provided design-build services through the Public-Private Education and Infrastructure Act, to provide Caroline County a wastewater treatment facility to adequately handle growing capacity needs. The project schedule was greatly reduced by utilizing the design-build process, delivering the completed facility significantly earlier than originally estimated by the County.
